The Digital Business Roadmap Workshop takes the pressure off of you. In the first hour-long Zoom call, share your yearly business goals, big or small. I’ll ask targeted questions to help determine the best path for your business to allow me to create a detailed, comprehension plan that breaks down actionable steps into quarterly and monthly goals.
In the second hour-long Zoom call, I will present a clear and organized plan prioritizing the KPIs bringing the biggest bang for your buck. It’s my superpower taking the big idea and adding in the details after years in the classroom doing the same with curriculum.

You bring the big ideas, business goals, and vision you’d like to see for your business and I do the rest.
- A comprehensive questionnaire/interview 45 min-1 hour Zoom call designed to dig into your business goals, target audience, current challenges & opportunities, plus your marketing & sales ecosystem (website, SEO, branding, email, socials, etc).
- 12-month strategy roadmap will be created and presented to you on through the second 45 min-1 hour Zoom call laying out annual goals, quarterly milestones, and monthly action steps.
- After the roadmap is complete, you will be ready to implement into your business or have the opportunity to use Walnut Cove Creative’s tiered packages as your Fractional Digital Business Strategist.
Timeline
When you sign up for a Digital Business Roadmap Workshop, you will choose a date and time for your first Zoom call. After the first call, your second call will be scheduled in 2-3 weeks to complete the roadmap workshop. If you choose to sign up for one of the tiered plans, your roadmap will begin after the first monthly payment. Tiered plans require a 12 month commitment.

No, the website hours will be used each month and cannot rollover.
Are there set-up or cancellation fees?
No, you will need to complete the Digital Business Roadmap Workshop to sign up for the monthly services. If you opt into the monthly tiers, it is a 12-month commitment.
What happens if I pass on the monthly tiered plans, can I sign up later?
Due to the nature of the business plan and changing goals within your business, you will have 30 days to sign up for a tiered plan.
What if I have updates that require more than my included time?
If the updates exceed the amount of monthly time allotted, the highest priority items will be met first and additional items will roll over to the next month.
Can I join your plan if you didn't complete the Digital Business Roadmap Workshop?
No, you will first need to complete the Digital Business Roadmap Workshop to determine your business goals and growth, which will then produce a 12-month strategy personalized for your business.
